Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 12 c. popped popcorn

Directions

    Combine ingredients (except popcorn) in saucepan and cook to 270° (soft crack stage).

    Pour over popcorn and mix well.

    May be formed into balls or spread in 9 x 13-inch greased dish and cut into squares.
