  • 2 cup Dry oats
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Each of chopped dates,raisins,craisins,dry blueberries,sunflower seeds
  • 2 cup Apple sauce
  • 2 Smashed bananas
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda

    Combine all ingredients well in a large bowl.

    Grease a shallow pan.

    Bake in a 375F preheated oven (convection) for 45 min to an hour, checking for doneness.
