Classic Swiss Chard

  • 1 bunch swiss chard, washed and chopped onto large pieces with hard stems removed
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts (more or less to taste)
  • 14 cup crumbled feta (more or less to taste, can also use fat-free)
  • 1 dash olive oil

Directions

    Toast pine nuts in frying pan.

    When they are toasted dump them into a dish to keep for now and add swiss chard.
  3. 3
    Add a bit of olive oil and stir-fry until lightly wilted (wilted to your taste - may be more or less).

    Once wilted add pine nuts back in and add feta.

    Serve warm.
