- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. Karo light or dark corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
- 1 1/2 c. large walnut pieces
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Combine eggs, sugar, flour, syrup, butter and vanilla; blend well.

3Pour into unbaked pie shell.

4Arrange walnuts on top.

5Bake in lower third of oven at 400° for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350°.

6Bake an additional 35 to 45 minutes or until center appears set.

7Cool completely.
