- 2 cups King Arthur Whole-wheat Or All-purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Oregano
- 2 Tablespoons Ground Flaxseed
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 23 cups Milk
- 6 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1The spices are optional.

2Preheat oven to 425 F.

3In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients (flour through salt).

4Put milk into a small bowl or cup and heat it for 30 seconds.

5Then add oil.

6Add wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir well until the dough begins to form a ball and pull away from the sides of bowl.

7Knead dough by hand, while still in bowl, until smooth.

8Then form it into a ball.

9Press dough into an oiled baking sheet or pizza pan using your fingertips.

10Add your desired pizza sauce, fresh mozzarella, pepperoni, and your favorite vegetables.

11Bake for 20 minutes then check on dough, continue baking if you want a well done crust.
