Ingredients
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. cold water
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 7 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 3/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Pour boiling water over shortening.

2When melted, add cold water and salt.

3Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.

4Add eggs, sugar and flour; mix well.

5Put into large greased bowl.

6Cover with wax paper and towel.

7Refrigerate.

8Put rolls into greased muffin tin and let rise for 2 1/2 to 3 hours before baking.

9Bake to golden brown at 375°.

10This dough will keep for up to 6 weeks in the refrigerator.
