  • 3 slices Bacon
  • 1 Wheat Roll
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Mustard
  • 3 slices Smoked Ham
  • 2 ounces, weight Turkey Slices
  • 2 slices Tomato
  • 1 slice Cheese, American
  • 2 leaves Lettuce Or Some Salad Mix

    Cook the bacon and place on a paper towel to drain off the excess grease.

    I break each strip in half after cooking so each sandwich gets 6 pieces (3 whole slices of bacon per sandwich).

    Cut the buns in half and toast slightly (I used the toaster).

    Spread 1 tablespoon of mayo on each slice of bread, and add some mustard (as much as you like).

    On the bottom slice of the bread, layer on the ham, turkey, tomato slices, bacon slices, cheese, and lettuce.

    Top with the other slice of bread and secure with 2 toothpicks before cutting the sandwich into 2 peices.

    You could also add some thin slices of red onion or avocado.
