  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 12 cup cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
  • 12 avocado, chopped
  • 1 small tomatoes, chopped
  • 12 cup chopped mushroom
  • 14 cup chopped onion
  • feta cheese, crumbled
  • 14 cup water
  • 14 cup red wine vinegar
  • 14 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 34 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 34 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 14 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced
  • 14 cup olive oil
  • 34 cup vegetables or 34 cup canola oil

Directions

    To make the dressing, blend all ingredients except the olive and vegetable oils.

    Once other ingredients are blended, slowly add the olive and vegetable oils until well blended.
