- 5 Tbsp. self-rising flour
- 5 Tbsp. sugar and seasoning (optional: cherries - almond; peaches - cinnamon; apples - cinnamon and nutmeg; blueberries - lemon juice)
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Put fruit in bowl and sprinkle sugar and flour over fruit. Mix next three ingredients and spread over fruit.

2Mix next 2 ingredients and pour over all.

3Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
