  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 1/4 c. marshmallows
  • 2 tsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. Coke
  • 1/4 c. buttermilk
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients and set aside.

    Combine rest of ingredients in saucepan and heat until marshmallows are melted. Mix all ingredients together.

    Pour in 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan, greased and floured, and bake at 350° until done.

    The cake is rich enough without frosting, but you may add frosting if you wish to.
