  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 1 c. Coke
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Mix sugar and flour in large bowl.

    Mix Coke, oil, margarine, cocoa and vanilla in saucepan.

    Let come to boil.

    Remove from heat and add marshmallows.
  5. 5
    Pour over dry ingredients.
  6. 6
    Add buttermilk, eggs and baking soda and mix well.
  7. 7
    Pour into greased and floured oblong pan.
  8. 8
    Bake at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes.
