  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. Coca-Cola
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Directions

    Stir flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in large bowl; set aside.

    Bring cocoa, butter and cola to a boil. Pour over flour mixture.

    Beat in buttermilk, eggs and vanilla.

    Stir in marshmallows. They float on top of this thin batter.

    Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for about 35 minutes. Cool and frost with icing.
