  • 8 to 10 slices dry bread
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. dry milk
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. chicken livers, chopped, 1/2 c. ground beef or 1/2 c. ground pork
  • 1 Tbsp. Gourmet chicken spice
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Mix bread, celery, margarine, spices and chicken livers.

    Add water and mix.

    Beat eggs and dry milk.

    Add to bread mixture. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Stir after 15 minutes.

    Continue baking.
