- 1 c. parsley
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. oil
- 2/3 c. tarragon vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves
Directions

1Clean, devein and cook shrimp (not over 6 minutes).

2Chop parsley and onion (I use chopped and frozen onion).

3In a plastic bag, mix oil, vinegar and chopped garlic with parsley and onion mixture.

4Add shrimp and toss.

5Can be made up to 3 days in advance.

6Prepare at least 24 hours in advance.
