Ingredients

  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can salmon
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce or liquid smoke
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
  • 3 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
  • cocktail rye bread or crackers

Directions

    Blend all ingredients except nuts, parsley and bread or crackers.

    Shape into log.

    Mix nuts and parsley together; sprinkle onto board.

    Roll log in mixture to cover.

    Chill well. Serve with cocktail bread or crackers.
