- 1/3 c. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. coconut extract
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg. Martha White Bix-Mix
- 1 (2 oz.) pkg. Martha White spud flakes
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Cream sugar, butter and coconut extract. Add egg and blend well.

3Stir in Bix-Mix and spud flakes.

4Blend well.

5Shape dough into 3/4-inch balls.

6Place 2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.

7Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.

8Transfer to wire racks to cool.
