Ingredients: 1 c. butter or margarine, softened; 2 c. all-purpose flour; 1 3/4 c. sugar; 3 tbsp. cocoa; 1 tsp. soda; 1 tsp. vanilla; 2 eggs; 1/2 cup buttermilk; 1 c. carbonated cola beverage; 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

1 c. butter or margarine, softened
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 c. carbonated cola beverage
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine all ingredients except cola and marshmallows in large mixing bowl.

Blend at low speed for 2 minutes then blend at medium speed for 1 minute.

By hand stir in cola, blend well, then add marshmallows, blend together by hand.

Pour batter into greased 13 x 9 inch pan.

Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool 30 minutes.

Spread with icing.
