Ingredients: 3 eggs; 2 c. sugar; 1 c. (2 sticks) margarine; 1/2 c. water; 2 1/2 c. flour; 2 Tbsp. cocoa; 1 tsp. soda; 1 tsp. cinnamon; 1 tsp. allspice; 1 c. chopped nuts; 1/2 c. chocolate chips; 2 c. cored and grated or finely chopped apples; 1 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chocolate chips
2 c. cored and grated or finely chopped apples
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Beat together eggs, sugar, margarine and water until fluffy. Sift together flour, cocoa, soda, cinnamon and allspice. Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Fold in nuts, chocolate chips, apples and vanilla until evenly distributed. Spoon into greased and floured pan. Bake in 325° oven for 60 to 70 minutes until cakes test done.
