- 3 c. sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 c. cocoa
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Put in pot, sugar, cocoa and salt.

2Mix well, then add milk. Cook over mid-heat until boils.

3Turn down to low heat but try to keep it at a boil (low boil).

4Cook for 45 minutes.

5Be careful, it will burn, then add butter and vanilla.

6Cook remaining 15 or 20 minutes until fudge starts to form on side of pan.

7Pour in 13 x 9-inch pan or cake pan.

8Let cool in refrigerator.

9Cut before it sets.
