- 1 lb. zucchini squash, sliced 1/4-inch
- 1 lb. yellow squash, sliced 1/4-inch
- 1/2 lb. carrots, julienne or snow peas
- 1 red bell pepper, 1/4-inch strips
- 1/2 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. thyme
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil carrots al dente.

2At 300° or low-medium heat, place butter in skillet and melt.

3Add vegetables and spices, turning 2 or 3 times until just tender (approximately 6 minutes).
