Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. salad or olive oil
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. long spaghetti
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Brown onion in hot oil; add meat and seasoning.

2Then brown lightly.

3Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

4Add both soups, cover and simmer 45 minutes.

5Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until tender.

6Drain and rinse in hot water.

7Arrange spaghetti on hot platter and cover with sauce.

8Sprinkle with cheese.

9Serves 6.
