  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 small (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant coconut cream pudding
  • 3 to 4 c. sliced apples
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. coconut cream pudding
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Combine milk, 1 package coconut cream pudding and sliced apples.

    Put in an 8-inch greased pan.

    Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over apples.

    Bake at 350° until apples are tender and it is brown.
