  • 1 c. chopped dates
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten well
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. Rice Krispies

Directions

    Mix together dates, sugar and eggs and boil, medium heat, 5 minutes in heavy kettle.

    Remove from fire and add butter and vanilla.

    Stir in Rice Krispies.

    Drop by teaspoonfuls into coconut and shape into balls.
  5. 5
    Store in air tight container.
