- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. coconut
Directions

1Melt margarine and add sugar, eggs and vanilla.

2Combine flour, baking powder and salt and add to mixture.

3Add coconut. Spread into greased (or sprayed with Pam) 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until it just begins to turn golden.
