  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 2 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. coconut

Directions

    Melt margarine and add sugar, eggs and vanilla.

    Combine flour, baking powder and salt and add to mixture.

    Add coconut. Spread into greased (or sprayed with Pam) 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until it just begins to turn golden.
