  • 20 oz. asparagus, cut into 2-inches
  • 2 c. Swiss cheese
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. baking mix (Bisquick)
  • pepper
  • 1 lb. ham, chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. veggie flakes (Knorr)

Directions

    Combine asparagus, ham, cheese and onion and place into two 9-inch pie pans. Mix the other ingredients together, one at a time. Pour over asparagus and ham mixture. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
