- 2 cups flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) cold butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450F.

2Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl.

3Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

4Stir in milk and coconut until mixture forms soft dough.

5Drop dough by scant 1/4 cupfuls, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheet.

6Bake 10 to 12 min.

7or until golden brown.

8Serve warm.
