Raspberry Plum Jam

- 6 cups Plums (pitted And Blended Well)
- 1 package (2 Oz. Size) MCP Pectin
- 2 cups Raspberries (can Be Frozen)
- 2 cups Sugar
Directions

1Boil your canning jars, rings and lids to sterilize according to standard safe canning practices.

2Each batch of jam will make 11 cups of jam so plan accordingly.

3Pour plums (blended) into a large saucepan.

4Stir in the pectin.

5Bring to a full boil stirring constantly.

6Add raspberries (I dont like to add them at the beginning because they get to mashed up with all of the stirring) and return to a boil.

7Add sugar all at once.

8Return to a boil and boil for 4 minutes.

9Quickly ladle into hot jars, add the lids and rings and turn over the jars.

10Let them stand upside down for 15 minutes then return to right side up.

11Let them stand for 24 hours without disturbing.
