  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream sugar and butter; add eggs, salt, baking powder, buttermilk, vanilla and flour.

    Turn batter into pans.

    Cook at 350° for 25 minutes (35 minutes for oblong cake).
