- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 2 (8 oz.) frozen coconut
- 2 c. granulated sugar
Directions

1Mix shortening, milk, sugar, flour, eggs and lemon extract together and bake at 350° until done.

2Makes 4 large layers.

3Mix sour cream, coconut and granulated sugar together and spread over cake layers while cake is still warm.

4It will seep in and make it moist.
