  • Duncan Hines yellow cake mix (butter)
  • 1 pkg. frozen coconut
  • 1 regular box sour cream
  • 1 regular Cool Whip
  • 2 c. sugar

Directions

    Bake cake according to directions. Let cool and split layers. Mix together sugar, 1/2 package frozen coconut and sour cream. Save out 1 cup of this mixture; set aside. Spread mixture between layers. Mix the 1 cup of mixture you saved with 1 regular size Cool Whip. Frost cake. Sprinkle remaining coconut on top of cake.
