- 2 eggs
- 1/2 and 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 can cream of coconut
Directions

1Blend well.

2Beat on medium speed.

3Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

4Remove from oven.

5Punch holes in cake with toothpick or fork.

6Pour other half of can of cream of coconut over top of cake while hot.

7Let cool and top with Cool Whip (9 ounces) and sprinkle with coconut.
