- 1 c. butter or Crisco
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cream the butter and sugar.

2Add eggs, 1 at a time.

3Blend in flavorings.

4Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with the milk.

5Pour into 3 greased and floured layer pans.

6Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

7Frost with white icing and pineapple filling.

8Top with grated coconut.
