  • 3 packages Cream cheese
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 3 Tbs. Lemon Zest
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 1/4 cup White Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 cup Graham Crackers
  • 1/2 stick Melted Butter
  • 2 tbsp White Sugar
  • 1 cup Lemon Curd

Directions

    Mix Graham Crackers with melted butter and and 2 tbs white sugar.

    Place in bottom of spring form pan and bake ten minutes.

    Take out and let cool.

    Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, lemon zest, vanilla, lemon juice, and eggs until well blended.
