- 3/4 c. shortening
- 2 sticks oleo
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 c. plain flour
- 1 c. milk
- 2 tsp. coconut flavoring
- 1 large can Angel Flake coconut
Directions

1Cream shortening, oleo and sugar until smooth.

2Add eggs one at a time and beat.

3Add flour and milk alternately.

4Beat well. Spoon into greased tube pan.

5Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours until it comes away from sides of pan.
