  • 3/4 c. shortening
  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. coconut flavoring
  • 1 large can Angel Flake coconut

Directions

    Cream shortening, oleo and sugar until smooth.

    Add eggs one at a time and beat.

    Add flour and milk alternately.

    Beat well. Spoon into greased tube pan.

    Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours until it comes away from sides of pan.
