  • 1 pkg. white Pillsbury pudding in the cake mix
  • 1 1/3 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 1/3 c. coconut
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Combine cake mix, water, eggs and oil in a large mixing bowl. Blend.

    Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.

    Stir in coconut and nuts.

    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.

    Bake at 325° for 60 minutes or until done.

    Cool 15 minutes.

    Remove from pan and cool on rack.
