- 1 pkg. white Pillsbury pudding in the cake mix
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 1/3 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Combine cake mix, water, eggs and oil in a large mixing bowl. Blend.

2Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.

3Stir in coconut and nuts.

4Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.

5Bake at 325° for 60 minutes or until done.

6Cool 15 minutes.

7Remove from pan and cool on rack.
