  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 c. milk (2 c. if coconut is not frozen)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. frozen coconut
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • coconut and pecans (optional for topping)

Directions
