- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 pkg. frozen coconut
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. almond flavoring
- 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
Directions

1Bake cake as directed on cake box.

2Cool and slice each layer into 2 layers.

3Mix sugar, sour cream and flavoring.

4Add 1 1/2 packages of coconut to the sugar mixture.

5Place the filling between layers only.

6Mix remaining coconut and Cool Whip; place on sides and top.

7Keep refrigerated.
