- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- water (after emptying whipping cream, fill carton with water plus 1/2 carton extra for 3 layer cake)
- 3 c. sugar
- 4 c. sifted Martha White self-rising flour
- vanilla flavoring
- coconut flavoring
Directions

1Grease or spray pans.

2Beat egg whites, whipping cream, 2 1/2 cups sugar and water.

3Slowly add flour beating as you go.

4Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

5Grate coconut after taking milk.

6Use milk from coconut, add with 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar (having about 3/4 cup altogether).

7Bring to boil long enough to dissolve sugar.

8Slowly drizzle over layers.

9Make fluffy white frosting. Frost cake; cover with grated coconut.

10Use 9-inch pans.
