  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 2/3 c. flour
  • 1 c. whole milk
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. flavor (vanilla, pineapple or coconut)

Directions

    Combine dry ingredients and milk.

    Bake in well greased and floured pan for 20 to 25 minutes or until done at touch.

    Bake at 350° in three 9-inch pans.
