  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Butter cake mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 pkg. frozen coconut or 2 c. pkg. coconut

    Cook cake mix according to directions, adding 1/2 cup pecans. Bake in 2 pans. Let cool. Slice cakes and make 4 layers.
