  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. buttermilk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/3 c. flaked coconut

    To butter, add eggs, milk and vanilla.
