- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar (packed)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 c. coconut
Directions

1On waxed paper, stir flour and baking soda; set aside.

2In large saucepan, melt butter over very low heat.

3Remove from heat, stir in sugar, egg, vanilla and crumbs until smooth.

4Gradually stir in flour until a smooth soft dough forms.

5Stir in coconut. Cover tight and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 3 days.
