  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. oatmeal
  • 1 c. Rice Krispies
  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. salt

    Chill overnight.

    Roll into walnut sized balls.

    Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Do not wait for cookies to turn brown as they will be overdone.

    Remove when faintly tan.
