- 1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 c. oleo
Directions

1Line a jelly roll pan with foil; top with crackers side by side in a single layer.

2In a small saucepan, melt oleo.

3Stir in sugar; cook and stir for 1 minute.

4Drizzle over entire surface of crackers.

5Sprinkle with coconut.

6Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes or until coconut is golden.

7Cool.
