- 4 rounded Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 c. coconut
- beaten egg whites
- 1/2 c. coconut
Directions

1Mix the first 5 ingredients and cook until thickened.

2After cooling, stir in 1 1/2 cups coconut. Top with beaten egg whites. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup coconut on top. Brown in a 400° oven about 8 or 9 minutes.
