  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 rounded Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. coconut
  • beaten egg whites
  • 1/2 c. coconut

Directions

    Mix the first 5 ingredients and cook until thickened.

    After cooling, stir in 1 1/2 cups coconut. Top with beaten egg whites. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup coconut on top. Brown in a 400° oven about 8 or 9 minutes.
