- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 3/4 stick margarine
- unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Beat eggs.

2Add sugar, melted margarine, buttermilk and vanilla.

3Add coconut last.

4Pour into unbaked pie shell.

5Put into preheated 375° oven.

6Bake 10 minutes.

7Then lower heat to 300° and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until set and begins to brown.
