- 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (sugar-free)
- 1 small pkg. frozen coconut
- 1 (8 oz.) whipped topping
Directions

1Bake pie shells according to package directions and cool. Prepare instant pudding (both packs) as directed and add half of coconut.

2Set aside remaining half of coconut.

3Fill pie shells with pudding mixture and chill until set.

4Top with whipped topping using half a bowl on each.

5Sprinkle remaining coconut on pies.
