  • 2-1/2 qt. BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, loosely packed
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Directions

    Mix ingredients in large bowl until well blended.

    Press about 2 cups of the coconut mixture firmly onto bottom and up side of each of 5 (9-inch) pie pans sprayed with cooking spray [or 1 (9-inch) pie pan for trial recipe].

    Bake in 250F-convection oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Cool completely.

    Fill as desired.
