Raspberry-Fig Parfaits

  • 6 figs, divided
  • 4 cups raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 8 fresh mint sprigs

    Chop 4 figs; mash with berries in large bowl.

    Stir in sugar.

    Spoon evenly into 8 parfait glasses.

    Whisk cream cheese, marshmallow creme and milk until blended; spoon over berry mixture in glasses.

    Cut remaining figs into quarters; place piece on each parfait.

    Sprinkle parfaits with cinnamon; garnish with mint.
