  • 6 Tbsp. buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • coconut (frozen)
  • 2 small pastry crusts

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and put in unbaked shells.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until center slightly moves.

    This pie freezes well.

    Makes 2 small pies.
